Short Vacation on a Horse Farm

Train ride through beautiful countryside

The horse was trying to reach the apricots growing on the side of the barn

Stormy weather, but the rain held off so they could play

Visiting with some of the animals on the farm

We went on a "Pony-Western Tour"
some rode horses
others rode in covered wagons (and got to switch later on)
(taken from horseback, and the only one since I was afraid of dropping my phone)
We rode to a nice shady meadow
by the river
and took advantage of nature's refrigeration
collected firewood

played some games

cooked sausages on sticks
with proper eye protection
even had marshmallows after

some rode horses home, while others took the wagons
Aich has a nice bridge over the river

with lots of rocks for throwing
enjoying some ice cream
Pony ride - collected the ponies and rode back to the farm bareback

groomed the ponies

ready to ride

I was leading Lydia, and the farmer lead Isaac

we stopped at another farm and enjoyed some fresh milk

Aich has a nice alpine lake to escape the summer heat

There was a boat with a 3m platform for jumping, and after a little doubt, she jumped!
